Sadly, my partner's sister Teresa passed away on Monday 19th October after a long battle with cancer. The week leading up to her passing were hugely challenging for her and the family. To support my partner Francesca and family during this very emotional time I cancelled my presentation and some related engagements just hours before I was due to speak at the conference.
I would like to thank the organisers of the Australian Cybersecurity Conference (CyberCon), Chris Wagner of Talkforce Media, and CyberCon podcast host David Willett for their compassion, understanding, and accommodating the disruptions at short notice.
